The Capital City Bikeway, a new two-way bike route elevated to be level with the sidewalk, debuted this week along Jackson Street in downtown St. Paul. By year’s end, the off-street path will run from Seventh Place East to Shepard Road and the Sam Morgan Regional Trail.
