Buffalo Rising

There are 13,000 vacant residential lots in Buffalo, including approximately 7,500 city-owned lots, according to New York State Senator Sean Ryan. At the same time, there is a need for more affordable housing. Currently, much of the available housing in Buffalo is fairly ramshackle, and needs to be drastically improved.
