Mayor Freddie O’Connell and Angie Hubbard, the director of the Planning Department’s Housing Division, unveiled the strategy on April 29. The more than 200-page document has been a work in progress for about the past year. Now that it’s finished, it’s intended to serve as the roadmap for how Nashville should take action to address its housing challenges over the next decade.
