A broken door, rent hikes and animal infestations forced two seniors to rethink what they thought was the last place they’d ever live. Both men, as seniors, live on fixed incomes and expected a roof over their heads where they could get support, timely help with maintenance problems, and to be treated with dignity and respect, but both said that wasn’t what they got.
