Instead, what I think is interesting with this project is the urban potential. As Oh The Urbanity talks about in their great video (which I am featured in briefly), a huge element of the project is connecting the city centre with both McGill and UdeM, and those Universities to each other, giving both what amount to metro interchanges on campus.
