A new program offered by Claremont Lincoln University and the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy has provided 150 municipal government professionals with a 24-week curriculum in leadership training to build capacity at the local level, enabling them to have greater impact on issues from affordable housing to greenspace preservation and revitalizing Main Streets. The fellowship connects and networks community problem solvers across the country, addressing a shortage of half a million government workers and helping transfer institutional knowledge amid a wave of retirements.
