Building Design
Andrew Teacher, drawing on his personal experience of sight loss and his role on the Urban Land Institute executive committee, is launching a drive to rethink how accessibility is built into cities, arguing that more empathy and basic design principles such as good contrast and clear wayfinding are needed because thinking is disjointed and outcomes are inconsistent.
