Three grantees are approaching the challenge through the lens of transportation needs, gaps, and accessibility. Chinese for Affirmative Action and the Los Angeles Neighborhood Initiative (LANI) are both investigating noncarceral approaches to crime and traffic enforcement in efforts to improve safety.
