Congress has approved $94.3 million in mobility-related funding for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles as part of a spending bill to end the partial government shutdown, according to Metro. Metro has asked for $3.2 billion in federal funding to pay for projects to enhance transportation during the Games.
